Shipping & Delivery
Rates and policies for Medicare orders
Free shipping is included. Medicare patients receive a 90-day supply (based on a Doctor's Order and Medicare eligibility). DiabeticOne.com currently ships orders to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (in allowed areas only) (standard shipping only).

**A Refill is using the same Doctor's Order from your previous order. A Renewal is DiabeticOne.com needing to obtain a new Doctor's Order from your physician periodically (every 6 months to 12 months). We encourage you to allow at least two weeks before the next order of diabetic supplies is needed to allow for order processing (renewed Doctor's Order from your physician + delivery time). This will allow DiabeticOne.com time to obtain a new Doctor's Order on your behalf, as needed.

Weekend delivery
Delivery is not available on Sundays.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or rural areas
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or rural areas may require an additional one to three days. We recommend 3-day shipping for these delivery addresses.

Return Policy
- Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-351-2445 if you need to return a purchased item that is defective. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions. The item can be either replaced or refunded to the payer. If the product is being returned due to an error on our part, we will absorb the shipping charges in most cases. (Reference: Medicare DMEPOS Supplier Standards #15);
- Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-351-2445 should you need to return an unopened product in brand new condition purchased within 30 days. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions. Shipping cost will not be refunded;
- An opened product (even if it is taped shut after opening), used or expired cannot be accepted as a return. If we receive this type of product, we will notify you and you can have it returned at your expense;
- Since most of our products have manufacturer warranties, once Customer Service is contacted, it will be determined if a defective item will be replaced to you by a new item directly by the manufacturer or by from DiabeticOne; and
- A product return must be credited to the payer. Therefore, if Medicare paid for the order, we are required to send them the refund. If a customer paid for the order, we will credit the customer’s account.
A RETURN WILL ALWAYS NEED A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION TO BE ACCEPTED
